Here are the items to set up if you would like to use your IRIS CRM site for the tracking of recruits as leads and converting them to users.
Manage > Administration > Users & Groups > Manage Groups --> create new user group for Recruiting to separate statuses by.
Manage > Administration > Users & Groups > User Classes --> optional: create new user class for "Recruiter" (must be Advanced level and have Manage Users permission to create users).
Manage > Administration > Leads > Manage Lead Fields --> new tab containing HR/Recruiting related fields. Add Copy button to set the recruit’s name as the lead name (for seeing it properly in search results). Can instead use the existing merchant lead fields since many will overlap. Important to have DBA or Contact Name filled in for search purposes.
Manage > Administration > Email > Email Templates --> optional: new System Templates, maybe Quick Email Templates, too, for messaging the recruit when they are a lead.
Manage > Administration > Leads > Status States & Triggers --> create new category containing HR/Recruiting related statuses. "Create new user" prompt for one status. Create triggers for others to send email notifications.
Manage > Administration > Home Page > Home Tabs --> optional: new tabs for Recruiting-specific status reporting.
Manage > Administration > Documents > Labels --> new document labels to classify files uploaded during recruiting process
Make this the last step:
Manage > User Accounts --> put users in the new group & class. With the Group, you have the option of moving the user to the new Group, or putting them in multiple groups. Place them in the groups they need to access.
E-Signature --> send agent employee agreement via e-sign on lead. Add the PDF on the Manage Applications page and configure the mappings on the Manage Forms page.
