The Authorize.net integration allows for boarding accounts from IRIS CRM to the Authorize.net gateway.
To board, choose the Authorize.net ticket type when creating a ticket for the merchant in the Helpdesk.
If your merchants are not with First Data Omaha or North, you can board to Auth.net from leads.
Note: if boarding accounts to Vantiv, Authorize.net boarding is built-in to the boarding process in TurboApp.
1. API Key: when you sign in to Authorize.net, click Account at the top-right. The page that loads should have five tabs, the last one being: API Key
You will need to contact Authorize.net to get this added if it's not already there. Once you have the tab, you can obtain the API key.
3. Contact email (email address that the merchant will see when receiving the Auth.net welcome email)
When you have this info send it to IRIS Support to have it set up.
