Your CRM integrates with Authorize.Net for boarding accounts to the Authorize.net gateway.
To board an account, choose the Authorize.net ticket type when creating a ticket for a merchant in the Helpdesk.
If your merchants are not with First Data Omaha or North, you can board to Authorize.net from the leads.
Note: If boarding accounts to Vantiv, Authorize.net boarding is built into the boarding process in the CRM TurboApp.
- API Key – When you sign in to Authorize.net, click Account at the top-right. The page that loads should have five tabs, the last one being the API Key. You will need to contact Authorize.net to get this tab added if it's not already there. Once you have the tab, you can obtain the API key.
- API Login ID
- Contact email – The email address that the merchant will see when receiving the Authorize.net welcome email.
When you have collected all of the required information send it to the CRM Support who will then set up the Authorize.net integration for you.
