To view the internal chat logs, go to Manage > Administration > Chat > Chat Logs, select a chat room and the desired time range, and click Search:
A similar report is available for the Tech Hub chat:
Tip: To find a specific room faster, type the name of the User or the Public Channel you're looking for in the Chat Room drop-down and the menu will automatically filter and show the matching results.
Deleting and Restoring Chat Messages
To delete a specific chat message go click on the Delete icon on the message that you wish the delete:
After you’ve deleted the message it will no longer show in the chat room:
To restore a message go back to the chat log and click on the Restore button:
