If you've enabled a web form to import leads directly into IRIS CRM via POST API, and if the Auto Import option in the POST API token is turned off, then all inbound Leads will first show up on the Manage Inbound Leads page. You can then review the inbound Leads and decide whether to import or delete them.

To view and manage inbound leads go to Manage > Administration > POST API > Failed POST Leads.
Your Leads will be shown in a report and you can click on the Details button to view more detailed information on each inbound Lead:
If your web form was not mapped correctly, you will see the "Unknown fields" message:
In this case, you should re-check your form field mapping and make the necessary corrections.
After you've updated your form, submit a test Lead again until you can confirm that the mapped fields are showing up on the Inbound Leads page correctly.
To import or delete inbound Leads, first select the Leads and then click on the Delete Selected or the Import Selected Leads button:
