Merchant Management Table
The Merchant Management page allows users to view their merchant accounts and make changes to the DBA, Active Status, and Approval Dates. You can also assign User permissions and set residual payout percentages. To view this page, navigate to Manage > Administration > Merchants > Merchant Management.
The Merchant Management Table contains sortable columns. To customize the visible columns, click the gear icon on the top right side of the table. Select the columns you would like to display and deselect the columns you would like to hide.
Users assigned to a particular merchant can be viewed by hovering over the icon in the Users column. If no icon is present that means that merchant does not have any assigned users.
The Export menu gives you the option of exporting the table data to either a CSV or Excel file, which will download to your desktop.
To find a specific merchant, enter the DBA or MID in the field and the account will display in the table.
Edit Merchant Data
Most actions can be performed by clicking the View button to the right of the merchant DBA.
A dialog containing data for the specified merchant will open.
To assign a new user, open the dropdown menu, select the desired user and click the Assign button. The user will appear in the table below the dropdown menu. To unassign a user, click the minus icon in the last column. The user and all related data will disappear from the table.
In the Merchant Split column, you can set or edit the percentage of the Gross or Net that each user will receive. To select a Primary User on the account, select the radio button in the Primary column. Once you are done, click the Update button to save your changes.
