The CRM Dialer enables you to easily manage and listen to your voicemail messages.
To check your voicemails, click on the Voicemail tab (the number shown on the tab is the number of new messages):
When opened, the Voicemail tab will default to the All sub-tab which displays the complete list of voicemails — this includes your personal messages as well as messages left for any groups you may belong to:
The remaining sub-tabs show the messages left for you personally as well as for each particular group. Your personal messages are shown on the "Me (#)" sub-tab.
Voicemails are displayed on all tabs in chronological order with the latest messages shown at the top.
Unplayed voicemails will have the date and time in bold font:
Once a voicemail is played the font will revert to a regular (non-bold) style.
Voicemails from leads will link to the lead page and also show the contact's name.
To return a call, simply click the hyperlinked number to the right of the phone icon. The number will auto-dial and connect you with your contact:
To listen to new or old voicemails, click the Play button:
Once the Play button is clicked, the voicemail player will open and begin playing your message immediately:
You can use the control buttons on the player to play, stop, and repeat the recording, and also to adjust the volume.
To delete a voicemail click on the Delete icon:
Additionally, users with Delete All permissions enabled for their User Class will see the Delete Voicemails button:
The Delete Voicemails button is used to delete all voicemails with a single click (including those in Groups).
