Your CRM enables you to easily create and manage your Lead notes.
To add a new note, open the Notes tab on your Lead after which you can start to create your note right away:
On the top of the Notes tab, you'll find the option to pin your note to the top of the notes list and to filter your notes by specific note types.

You can enter your note text by typing or also by speaking into your microphone. To enter the text by speaking, click on the microphone icon and start talking:
As you speak, the CRM's speech recognition feature will automatically enter your words into the note text field.
The note field also allows you to add images.

To notify users about the new note, select specific users in the Notify Users field (a pick-list will be shown once you click on the field) or select the Notify All Assigned Users checkbox:
The Notify Users field allows you to select only from among those CRM users who have been assigned to the lead.
Use the Clear button to automatically clear your note if you need to start over, or if your note is ready, click Post and your note will be posted:
You can use the icons in the top-right corner of each note to edit or delete the note.

If a lead has been linked to a merchant account, then you may also add lead notes on the Merchant Details page under the Profile tab:
