The lead recordsets feature allows you to add multiple sets of fields to your lead as required.
For example, you may create a recordset tab for business owners, and then add a new recordset for each owner:
To map the recordset fields to an E-Signature app, you simply need to specify the number of the recordset in the mapping setup.
Using the above recordsets as an example, you can map the fields from the first recordset to the first signer fields in the PDF, by selecting Record number 1.
To map the second recordset, simply select Record number 2 for those fields:
With the mapping set up in this way, the lead recordsets will now populate the appropriate fields in the PDF app:
