You can manage these permissions on the Custom Properties page by navigating to Manage > Leads > Custom Properties.

How to Update Custom Property Permissions

To modify access settings for a custom property:

1. Click the Permissions button.
2. Adjust permissions for the selected user groups or user classes.

You can set the custom property to be:

• Hidden – Users cannot see the property.
• Read-only – Users can view the property but cannot make changes.
• Editable – Users can view and modify the property.
• Required – Users must enter a value before proceeding.

Restricting Access to Custom Property Values

You can also manage access permissions for individual custom property values by:

1. Navigating to the Property Values page.
2. Clicking the gear icon in the Actions column.
3. Adjusting the necessary access settings.
