The Web Form's color scheme and logo can be configured to match your corporate or group branding.
There are two different ways to apply custom styles to your web forms, depending on if you're deploying the web form via the form link or by embedding the form in your web site.
Web Form Link Sharing
When you share your web form using a form link, then you need to select a user group that the new leads will be assigned to (in the link's settings).
The form's color scheme is then automatically inherited from the selected group's colors.
To select a user group click Share Form on the web form, click the edit icon (under Actions), and select the user group in the Lead Automation section:
To update the color scheme on a user group follow the instructions in our guide on Custom Styles.
The logo shown in the web form's header section is retrieved form the group's settings.
If the group doesn't have a logo saved, then the web form shows the Site Logo instead.
Note: If a web form is generated from the lead page, then the form's color scheme is inherited from the primary group of the person that generated the form (and not the group that was saved in the link settings).
Web Form Embedding
If you're embedding the web form on your website, then the form's coloring scheme is not inherited from the group settings, but it has to be configured manually in the form share settings:
The form share settings also allow you to upload a logo that will be displayed in the embedded form.
If you don't upload a logo, then the group logo is used instead (from the group you selected in the Lead Automation section).
If the selected group doesn't have a logo saved, then the Site Logo is used.
