The CRM enables you to generate a web form for a specific client from the lead page.
The web form generated in this way is automatically populated with the client's information which is stored on the lead page, so that client can simply review the information and submit the form.
To generate a web form from a lead, open the Web Forms tab, select the web form you wish to generate, and click the Generate button:
Note: If the client's email address is not saved in the lead email special, an error message will appear as shown in the below screenshot:
In this case simply click on the 'lead special email' link in the alert, and the page will automatically scroll to the email field so you can fill it in and save your changes.
Once the web form gets generated a new email is launched automatically, and you can now send it to your client. The email includes a link to the web form:
The web form is now displayed in the Web Forms tab with status Generated:
Use the Actions column to cancel/archive the form, resend the form link to the client, or to preview the form:
After the client submits the web form the status changes to Form Completed, and you will receive one or more popup notifications:
In the Actions column you can see the submitter's IP address by hovering your mouse over the Info icon:
If the web form is linked to an e-signature application, then the client will be routed to the e-signature page after they submit the form, so that they can review and sign the document.
