To copy equipment for a TSYS merchant follow these easy steps:
1. Create a new ticket in Helpdesk with the "TSYS - Copy Equipment (Auto)" ticket type. Then select a merchant and the equipment being copied (including the desired number of copies), the merchant that you're copying the equipment to, and click Create Ticket:
2. On the next page review and update the new equipment options as needed and click Add Equipment:
3. The equipment will now be added and you can view the outcome of the operation in the ticket comments section:
