To add new equipment for a TSYS merchant follow these easy steps:
1. Create a new ticket with the "TSYS - Add Equipment (Auto)" ticket type, select a merchant, and click Add Ticket:
2. On the next page select the new equipment and click Add Equipment:
3. The equipment will now be added and you can view the outcome of the operation in the ticket comments section:
