To update the TSYS merchant's American Express options follow these easy steps:

1. Create a new ticket with the "TSYS - Update American Express (Auto)" ticket type. The ticket allows you to perform one of three operations including:

• Update ESA Account Number
• Convert to OptBlue
• Disable Amex Acceptance

2. Fill in the required fields (if applicable) and click on the button for the operation you wish to perform.
